1. Membership
Membership is provided to individuals enrolled by a sponsoring organisation and paid through a recurring subscription. Benefits are available while the subscription is active. If a payment fails, benefits are paused until the subscription is brought up to date.
2. Third-party services
Telemedicine and coupon services are delivered by independent providers under their own terms. BigEVP facilitates enrolment and is not a healthcare provider.
3. Credit Pal
Credit Pal helps you prepare dispute letters under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It is an educational tool, not legal advice, and results are not guaranteed. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you send.

No liability & hold harmless
BigEVP, its partners and affiliated parties do not assume liability for any actions, disputes, incidents, or damages between drivers and passengers.
Independent agreement
This service only facilitates connections. Drivers and passengers are fully responsible for vetting and agreeing to terms independently.
No financial interest
BigEVP does not charge commissions or profit from rides arranged through this app. Any cost shown is paid directly between members.
User rating & exclusion
Users may be rated after each trip. Abuse or misuse can result in permanent removal from the app.
